Appointment of the Queenstown-Lakes District Council to Control and Manage Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago, hereby appoints The Queenstown-Lakes District Council to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedules hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as recreation reserves, such appointments to be subject to the conditions hereinafter provided: (a) The appointment shall be for a term of 3 years from 1 April 1993.
