Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in the Whangarei District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, excepting thereout all mines, beds, veins and seams of coal, fireclay, limestone and other minerals from the said land as reserved by Transfer 624908 and contained in certificate of title 893/254 and 889/262, in connection with a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule North Auckland Land District 4.8440 hectares, being part Section 1, S.O. Plan 64531; shown marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 66985, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
