Change of Classification and Vesting of Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, from Government purpose (wildlife management) reserves to local purpose (anglers' access and car-park) reserves, subject to the provision of the said Act, and further, vests the said reserves in the Eastern Region Fish and Game Council, in trust, to be administered for the purpose stated under the provisions of the said Act.
