Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed and Amalgamated in Blocks XV and XVI, Mangapakeha Survey District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, amends the notice dated the 4th day of August 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 August 1993, No. 124, page 2481, and the amending notice dated the 30th day of September 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 October 1993, No. 142, page 2956, by removing the recital in item (viii) and replacing it with ``the road described in the Ninth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declared to be Crown land.''
