Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, James Christopher Lovelace, Director-General of Health, hereby give notice as follows: N o t i c e 1. This notice referred to in the Schedule is hereby amended by replacing the words ``Kay Ludovica Mead, manager of Tauranga'' with the words ``Katerina Goodwin, medical practitioner of Tauranga'' in the right hand column of the Schedule to the notice specified in the Schedule to this notice.
