Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 15th day of January 1993, which was granted under those regulations to Margaret Roper in respect of Te Horo Montessori Preschool, School Road, Te Horo. The preschool has re-established as Otaki Montessori Preschool, Haruatai Park, Mill Road, Otaki. This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
