Approval of Pumps for Re-Selling Dangerous Goods of Class 2 (d) Pursuant to section 30 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974 (as amended by section 3 of the Dangerous Goods Amendment Act 1978) and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Chief Inspector of Dangerous Goods, I, Kim Jon Comben, Acting Chief Advisor, Dangerous Goods, hereby approve subject to the condition set out hereunder, the pump listed in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of re-fuelling tanks attached to or forming an integral part of a motor vehicle with liquefied petroleum gas. The metering equipment for dispenser must comply with Trade Measurement Unit Ministry of Commerce requirements. 2.
