Annual Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 Notice (No. 5311: AG 4/54/21) Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976, and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 1 dollar per hectolitre on the grape wine sold by every holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 June 1993.
