The Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1993 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1993. The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. So much of the Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 23rd day of October, 1990*, which relates to roads in the Schedules below issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked. First Schedule SITUATED within North Shore City: Attwood Road. Bush Road. Chatham Road. Fairview Avenue. Lonely Track Road. Ngarahana Avenue. Paremoremo Road: from Attwood Road to Cutts Crescent. Rosedale Road. The Avenue. Second Schedule SITUATED within North Shore City: Albany Highway: from Bass Road to Wharf Road. Glenfield Road. Oteha Valley Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 510 metres measured easterly, generally, from the said State highway. Wairau Road.
