New Zealand Council of Ladies' Hairdressers' Association Incorporated The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 18th day of October 1993, the New Zealand Council of Ladies' Hairdressers' Association Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Hairdressing Industry (with the provision that the ITO must consult with the Men's Hairdressing Industry in respect to setting skill standards for the wider industry).
