David Chevin Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of October 1993, it appointed Paul Richard Preston and John AnthonyWaller, as its receivers and managers, jointly and severally of the property of David Chevin Limited, under a certain mortgage debenture dated the 21st day of October 1975, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by David Chevin Limited.
