Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 July 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Matakana Village Preschool Limited, in respect of Matakana Village Preschool (46688) situated at 987 Matakana Road, Matakana-Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
