Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 5075581, 5075061, 5445761, 8375025 and 4344318

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several Receivers of the above-named companies by Rockburgh Trustees (No.15) Limited as Trustee of the Collinson Wealth New Zealand Investment Fund on 3 May 2024 under the powers contained in a composite general security deed dated 28 September 2022 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
