Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that on 22 April 2024 at 2.40pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

This is a solvent liquidation and the company has been placed into liquidation for restructuring purposes.

The liquidators fix 3 June 2024 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
