Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that on 20 December 2023 at 11.00am, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

These are solvent liquidations. The companies no longer have any purpose and have been placed into liquidation for restructuring purposes. The companies have no known third party creditors. The liquidators fix 31 January 2024 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
