Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PALM PTC LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholder on 9 April 2024 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.

It is a solvent liquidation.
