Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The above-named company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 26 March 2024 at 1.45pm.

Gareth Russel Hoole (IP26) and Raymond Paul Cox (IP94), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 29 April 2024 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
