Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 at 11.00am on 15 March 2024.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 22 April 2024, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
