Notice is given of the making of the following instrument by the Minister for Social Development and Employment.

This instrument, which comes into force on 4 September 2023, amends the Apprenticeship Boost Initiative Programme established and approved on 28 July 2020 under section 101 of the Social Security Act 2018.

The amendment extends the programme’s expiry date to 31 December 2024.

The instrument is secondary legislation and is administered by the Ministry of Social Development.
