Pursuant to section 101 of the Social Security Act 2018, notice is given of the making of the following instrument by the Minister for Social Development and Employment.

This instrument, which comes into force 28 days after this notice is given, amends the Training Incentive Allowance Programme given on 24 May 2021 and made under the Social Security Act 2018.

The instrument amends the eligibility criteria to allow those aged 16 years and older (provided they meet the relevant eligibility criteria) to receive assistance under the Training Incentive Allowance Programme.

The instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Ministry of Social Development.
