I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

ACLO TRAVELS - SRI LANKA LIMITED (4551118) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove a Particulars of Director dated 28 November 2023. The effect being Rohitha Wijesekara Weeradaundarathne Muhandiramge remains a director.
2. Remove a Particulars of Shareholders dated 28 November 2023. The effect being Rohitha Wijesekara Weeradaundarathne Muhandiramge remains a holder of 40 shares.
