Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given by WILDEN VIEW LIMITED of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company. WILDEN VIEW LIMITED proposes to amalgamate with J B & M EDGAR LIMITED, and J B & M EDGAR LIMITED shareholders will become shareholders in WILDEN VIEW LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of WILDEN VIEW LIMITED or of J B & M EDGAR LIMITED, or any person to whom WILDEN VIEW LIMITED or J B & M EDGAR LIMITED is under an obligation, at the registered office of the company situated at 3 Fairfield Street, Gore.

A shareholder or creditor of WILDEN VIEW LIMITED or J B & M EDGAR LIMITED, or any person to whom WILDEN VIEW LIMITED or J B & M EDGAR LIMITED is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the merger proposal upon request to WILDEN VIEW LIMITED or J B & M EDGAR LIMITED.
