Notice of Watershed Meeting

Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on 28 November 2023 at 11.00am at the offices of Tompkins Wake Lawyers, Level 17/88 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Creditors who are unable to attend the meeting may attend online (via Teams link).

Agenda

• To consider the administrator’s report and opinion regarding the company’s business, affairs and financial circumstances.
• For the creditors of the company to consider and vote on whether the company should be placed into liquidation and whether the administration should end.
• Any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Proxy/voting forms should be received by no later than 11.00am on 26 November 2023.
