Notice is given under section 173(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application to bring land under the Act and issue a record of title for it made under section 172(1)(b) of the Act.

Application 12338522.1 by Te Wharau Investments Limited, c/- White Fox and Jones, PO Box 1353, Christchurch 8140, Attention John Craw or Lauraine Frampton, for land at the southern corner of Papanui Road and Aikmans Road, Christchurch being an estate in fee simple in 29 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1 LT 543190 in the Canterbury Land Registration District and being part Rural Section 105 which is part of Deeds Index 4C/S1641 owned by Thomas David Robertson. The applicant claims they are entitled to the land by adverse possession since 1 August 2009.

A person specified in section 174(1) of the Act may lodge a caveat under that section to prevent the application from being granted before 9 January 2024. If no caveats are lodged, a record of title will be issued in the name of the applicant.
