Pursuant to section 87X(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 21 November 2023, I hereby give notice that I have varied the terms of the Open Aviation Market Licence issued to Air Chathams Ltd to remove capacity restrictions that were incorporated into the airline’s licence in response to COVID-19.

The variation took effect on 22 November 2023.
