Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 August 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Barnardos New Zealand Incorporated, in respect of Barnardos Early Learning Home Based Huia-Gisborne (55250) situated at 25 Ormond Road, Mangapapa, Gisborne.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
