Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 May 2023, which was granted under those regulations to C2C Childcare Ltd, in respect of Cribs 2 Crayons – Feilding (48038) situated at 101 East Street, Feilding.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
