I, Sebastian Max Klinkum, Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 8 August 2023, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 and section 99 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, by virtue of the removal of Nusierra LP from the Limited Partnerships Register on 1 December 2021, with the right to $12.80 in funds held by the law firm Anthony Harper.
