In accordance with section 115(3A) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, this is notice of revocation of the New Zealand Transport Agency (Trial Social Leasing Scheme) Direction 2022, New Zealand Gazette, 14 October 2022, Notice No. 2022-go4381. This Direction, dated 14 October 2022, directed the New Zealand Transport Agency to carry out the additional function of establishing and administering the Trial Social Leasing Scheme.
