Mortgagor: Flying Cross Trust Limited (in liquidation)

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12254317.4 (“Mortgage”):

Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2023-404-2404 dated 12 December 2023 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

58 Old Barn Road, RD 4, Papakura 2584 comprised and described in Record of Title 258352, Lot 14 Deposited Plan 363581.
