Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Gisborne in proceeding CIV-2023-416-2, dated 9 June 2023, and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

16 Hacche Road, Whataupoko, being more particularly described as Lot 13 DP 1737 and Lot 2 DP 430423, comprised and described in Record of Title 518488 (Gisborne Registry) (Property).
