Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Bryan Edward Williams, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP61) of BWA Insolvency Limited, 131 Taupaki Road, Taupaki, Auckland was appointed as the receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of CDF WEALTH LIMITED (in receivership) by Brilliant Luna Opportunity V Limited on 16 November 2023 under the powers contained in a security deed dated 7 July 2021.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. The Registrar of Companies has more information available regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
