Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 23 June 2023, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) at the following times:

• EX-CM EUROPE LIMITED and EX-CM US LIMITED at 3.06pm;
• EX-CM LIMITED, EX-CM ASSETS LIMITED, EX-CM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and PROFILES WOODPRODUCTS LIMITED at 3.07pm; and
• EX-CM GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED at 3.10pm.

The undersigned does hereby fix 8 August 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
