The notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 2016, Notice No. 2016-ln598, is amended by adding “for the purpose of a burial ground, landing place, a place of historical, cultural and scenic interests, a place of gathering, and a wāhi tapu being a place of special significance according to tikanga Māori for the common use and benefit of the Te Aitanga a Hauiti people specifically Ngāti Konohi”.
