Under clause 5 of the Customs and Excise (Border Processing Levy) Order 2015 (“Order”), I am notifying that the duration of the next levy period beginning 1 July 2021 is for five months, ending on 30 November 2021.

In accordance with clause 5(2A)(a) of the Order, the following rates, which apply in the current levy period are the rates that are set for the next levy period:

• for arriving and departing cruise travelers: $10.40 and $4.10 respectively; and
• for other arriving and departing travelers: $6.43 and $2.56 respectively.

The levy rates are GST exclusive.
