Pursuant to section 383(5) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Peter Barker, Deputy Registrar of Companies, hereby give notice that Lance Jack Ryan, by Order of the High Court at Auckland, is permanently prohibited from being a director or promoter of, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the management of a company, without leave of the Court, pursuant to section 383(1) of the Companies Act 1993. This Order took effect from 3 April 2019.
