Pursuant to section 116 and 117(3)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. the portion of road described in the First Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN11D/1478; and
2. the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN11D/1479; and
3. the portion of road described in the Third Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 486792

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
