- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be declared road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (flood protection) subject to Pipeline Certificate 756195 and the gas pipeline rights created by Transfer B309653.1 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
