Pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed to the Disciplinary Committee under the Financial Advisers Act 2008

Sarah-Jane Ellen Weir, of Nelson

as a member, in accordance with section 105(5)(b) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, from 20 December 2019 for a term of five years;

Daniel James Tulloch, of Wellington

as a member, in accordance with section 105(5)(c) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, from 20 December 2019 for a term of five years; and

John Gordon Matthews, of Auckland

as a member, in accordance with section 105(5)(b) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, from 1 August 2020 for a term of five years.
