William (Bill) Rodney Edge

as a member of the External Reporting Board, for a term commencing on 11 December 2019 and expiring on 28 July 2022; and reappointed

Kimberley Krista Crook

as a member of the External Reporting Board, for a term commencing on 1 February 2020 and expiring on 31 January 2021; and reappointed

Fergus James Welsh

as a member of the External Reporting Board, for a term commencing on 1 February 2020 and expiring 31 January 2025.
