This document notifies you that:

1. On 5 December 2019, an application for putting NESMOHT FARMS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. Its reference number is CIV-2019-442-84. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on 27 February 2020 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court, or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Dennis Leslie Thomsen and Susan Elizabeth Thomsen, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, 197 Bridge Street, Nelson 7010. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Brian Nathan, whose address is as noted above.
