Notice of Appointment and Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 8 and 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that:

• On 19 March 2020, Damien Grant was appointed receiver and manager of the above-mentioned entities under the powers contained within general security agreements dated 9 October 2019, 2 December 2019, and 25 November 2019 respectively, in respect of all present and after-acquired property; and
• On 25 March 2020 at 9.00pm Damien Grant resigned as receiver and manager of the entities listed above.
