Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioner, was on 24 March 2020, appointed as receiver and manager of the property of RKN TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 11 July 2017 which property consists of all the debtor’s present and after-acquired property.
