Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 25 March 2020, Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of the company located at 53 Main Street, Greytown, under the terms of a mortgage and loan agreement in favour of Wairarapa Building Society dated 23 April 2018.
