Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 14 February 2020, Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, both RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by CA ANZ, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the below companies by an order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

ARROW INTERNATIONAL (AUSTRALIA) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.02pm by an order of the High Court in Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

ARROW INTERNATIONAL (PACIFIC) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.06pm by an order of the High Court in Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 14 April 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
