Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named companies on Monday 23 December 2019 at 9.30am, 9.45am, 10.00am and 10.15am respectively, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 14 February 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make claims and establish any priority.
