Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

It was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose on the dates and times below:

BED & LINEN LIMITED, 17 January 2020 at 10.00pm.

NJP PROJECTS LIMITED, 20 October 2020 at 8.00am.

CONTENTCORP LIMITED, 22 January 2020 at 10.26am.

I fix 24 February 2020 as the day by which the creditors of each of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
