Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Malcolm Russell Moore and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolution of its shareholders. Both companies’ liquidation commenced on 22 January 2020 at 12.10pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 28 February 2020, as the date on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
