Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 17 January 2020, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of each of the above-named companies appointed Timothy Chemaly, barrister and solicitor of Auckland, as a liquidator. The time of the liquidations is 9.10am in the case of CHEN & ASSOCIATES LIMITED and 9.20am in the case of WIZARD CONSULTING LIMITED.

The undersigned does hereby fix 21 February 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
