Notice of Intended Dissolution of Society

Pursuant to Section 15(1)(c)(v) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

I hereby give notice that I have received an instrument of dissolution for HOKITIKA CRAFT GALLERY CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED (296969).

Unless, within three months of the date of this notice, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of this society commences proceedings to set aside its dissolution in the District Court in or near to the locality where the registered office is situated and such dissolution is set aside, this society shall be legally dissolved from the date of such advertisement.

Notice of any proceeding to set aside the dissolution of a society is to be sent to the Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies at Level 18, 129–135 Albert Street, Auckland 1010, not less than seven days before such proceeding is commenced.
